    SEEK is now mobile-friendly. When you are using Android or iPhone compatible device, you will be automatically directed to the SEEK mobile website. All important functions are fully supported. (These include query search, visualizations, gene enrichment analysis, and refine search.)

    We sometimes get the question: how are the query genes arranged in the expression view? The answer: it used to be in a random but consistent order. Now, we have changed this behavior to automatically clustering the query genes (see below)

    We have added a Supplementary Material page.

    We have added a new feature to SEEK: Enrichment of Datasets. Using this feature, users can now explore the connection of their query gene set to specific diseases and tissues by identifying terms enriched in the up-weighted datasets. This feature can be accessed in the Expression View result page (see red-box highlighted in the figure below).
